A sneaky update!
Cathy and the Crow » Devlog

I released a little update a few days ago!
The changes aren't groundbreaking but I decided to share a post about it alongside smth I drew for the game a few days ago.
Last week I made a bluesky account. It's easier to attract attention there compared to Instagram or YouTube. I came across many amazing devs and a few people tried my game and provided feedback!
Anyway... the changes are as follows:
- Smth a lot of the players mention is that the transition between levels is slow. In the full version an animation will play in between them to make it less boring buuuut... I made it so the transition is faster if you have "skip cutscenes" enabled in the options. (It's enabled by default for the demo)
- In level 1 if you change your keybinds, the guide labels for the buttons in the level will change accordingly when you close the pause menu
- I lowered the water collision a little so you won't immediately die if you touch it. This makes Coyote timer a little more noticeable.
- You see the black borders around the levels? Well some levels didnt have ground above the bottom border. I had planned on changing those levels but I forgot about it until someone mentioned it to me! Basically you won't see yourself walking on the border of the levels anymore. There's always ground.
And that was all! Now time to start drawing and animating!
